when i call NVC,this is what the AVR says... what do u mean by this?

"...NVC has received the DS3032, Choice of Agent and Address form on______.

and will send further instructions within the next few weeks..."

What is NVC sending to me when they say that a packet of document and information has been generated and will be mailed .They have received my ds 3032, AOS and IV fees.

It means that the Choice of Agent info has been entered in the system and that they will send you the IV Bill shortly. It usually takes about 2 weeks for this to happen.

It could either be the I-864 or DS-230. I'm leaning more towards the DS-230 since I believe the auto system does not say anything about the generation of the I-864.

You should be ready to receive either one, anyway.

Just wanna correct this. The NVC just mailed me the DS-230 and the Automative message says

A packet of information and documents was generated on (Date) and wil be mailed within next few weeks

So, I believe the above message is for DS-230. Is this message going to be changed to the one you have ?? I am sort of confused here!!

I had the same message , already 4 weeks ago, but never received the 864 package also. I wonder like you if this message is for the DS-230. Maybe somebody has an idea.

This messaeg is for DS-230 generation and NOT for I-864. For I-864, you need to talk to the operator. And it should not take that long. Are you in Germany or in the US??

I am in Germany. When the message is for the DS 230 whats going on than with the I 864.I called the NVC and talked to a lady . She sad that the Ds 230 and I 864 were sendet out on sep. 17. But that cannot be, or. Is it not the way that the AOS comes first.And what is with the fee.I am so confused.

Hi guys I’m new to this site and found this section. I initially got these messages and now just received this one. Can you guys help. What could it mean??

1st: The NVC has reviewed your packet of forms and found information missing or incomplete on your financial information. The NVC sent a checklist letter on.

Got that check list in the mail, and sent the evidence it requested.

2nd: "The NVC has received the checklist letter response on ..."

Got this one last night

3rd: checked the automated system and got this one today. What does it mean?

All that’s left is my ds 230 so do u think I got another “real” rfe or a fake rfe for the missing ds 230?

That's exactly what the NVC automated system is referring to, the DS-230 with the required documents. Once you send this to them, the message will change.

I just called NVC's automated system today and got a message saying assistance was not available, shortly after the English and Spanish versions of that message, the call had ended. Why was I not able to enter any information or use the system? I thought it was available 24 hrs 7 days per week!

strange as it may seem i never once got anything on the automated system excpet something like case not in the system yet and im speaking of the whole process and now its done i always used a operator

the same here, I have never got anything like that but "the case is not in the system yet"

How I know these are scan, any RFE and case complete. Is NVC customer service only source?

Hi, could anyone please advise what it is that I can expect next? This is the AVR message since this morning, however, my AOS and DS-230 packages are already at NVC. Does that mean that they have not started the DS-230 review yet?

"NVC has received IV fee bill on ______ and will send further instructions within next few weeks. "

and will send further instructions within the next few weeks..."

IV Fee Bill Generation:

"...The Immigration Visa Fee Bill letter has been generated on ____and will be sent within the next few weeks..."

IV Fee Bill Processed:

"NVC has received IV fee bill on ______ and will send further instructions within next few weeks. "

DS-230 Generation:

"NVC is expecting return of the biographic forms by the petitioner... "

DS-230 Receipt:

"The NVC has received the checklist letter response on ..."

Case Complete:

"... your Case was completed on ...Please allow 8 weeks for further instructions..."

Case Forwarded to Embassy:

"...The NVC has completed the case and forwarded it to the Embassy or Consulate in..."
