Fast Food = Poor Service, it is that simple. You get what you pay for.

Do you know anyone who works in fast food? I do. I can tell you that they strive for customer service. Everyone has to cooperate to accomplish some of those goals and that is not always the case. Also, if you ever sat in a fast food restaurant for any amount of time and just paid attention around you, you would see that the customers are not always right, nor are they even all that nice most times. I've seen horrors that make me ashamed of the people of my city sometimes.

It isn't just fast food either. I think customer service has issues everywhere. And, I feel there is an overabundance of rude customers, as well.

That being said, the BK incident was a bit over the top and I would be ticked off enough to call the corporate office and give them my story.

one fast food employee that works well doesnt constitute for 90% of the horrible fast food workers in america. i try to avoid fast food just bc everytime i do go, its horrible service.

I've had just as horrible service at finer dining restaurants. Not to mention banks, public transportation, airline counters, utility companies, retail stores, gas stations,..............the list goes on and on.

lol yea.. but dang.. those small cheeseburgers, i could care less for a quarter pounder or big mac, but if its a cheesburger, damn.. its hard to resist

That's very true. I remember getting McD's as a child and tasting the pickle, these days you can barely taste the pickle.

Which is why I always put generous amounts of pickle in my homemade burgers.
