24 july 2007- sent I-485, I-765 to wrong adress(we should send to Chicago Lockbox instead Denver)

30 july 2007- package returned back from Denver exactly on 30 july dead line

30 july 2007- package sent to Chicago Lockbox with an explanation letter to accept the old fees

10 sept 2007- notice of rejection( the old fees weren't accepted)

10 sept 2007- sent AOS package back with new fees

21 sept 2007- NOA1 for I-485 and I-765

Hello all...sent out AOS on 9/18....Don't know if its at the chicago lock box yet...hopefully so as i lost my certified mailing receipt...:P Hope thats not a sign of things to come....

AOS -K2 Based for 8 year old daughter...wife already has green card in hand and daughter was brought over via join to follow - K1.

11/04/08 - I485 sent

11/10/08 - NOA rcd

11/26/08 - Biometrics

We received them on 9/26/07.

My package was delivered on 9/6/2007 and I am still waiting for my notice of action. The check has not been cashed yet either!!! This is getting frusturating. I just want them to start the process and I hope they didn't loose my application.
