I married a US Citizen in 2019. I gave her a purported customary divorce decree that she later investigated as being fake. I naturalized in 2024 after 3 year rule of being married to a us citizen. The us citizen spouse filed for annulment and was granted on bigamy. Before the annulment trial, I went back to my home country and divorced my first wife to have it in record. Can I still apply for my children abroad to come to US? The children abroad are from my first wife.

Sounds like your US immigration journey was fraudulent, if you weren't divorced from your first wife? So your status isn't legit, and you therefore should absolutely NOT file for your children unless you're happy to risk being deported yourself. If you file for anything at all, your whole immigration record will be looked at.

This sounds very familiar, have you posted here under another username?

It is a not uncommon scenario, a bit of a cliche.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Will they approve it? I’m waiting for over a year?

Wait, you actually petitioned I-130s under these conditions? This is not going to end well - regardless of what administration is in office currently.

If that's what the OP means then yes, that's a huge mistake. But I think he's been told that before -
