Hi, my spouse and I are compiling our i-130 package and was wondering if we had enough evidence to support our case. He is a USC, living in the states, and I am a Canadian citizen, living in Canada. We will be applying for consular processing.

  • Flights (boarding passes and email flight confirmations - 3 trips together and the rest are me visiting him in America). We now both live near the Canada-US border, so we drive to see each other
  • Hotel bookings, Airbnb receipts, car rental receipt
  • Financial documents:
    • Adding US spouse as a beneficiary to CAD spouse's TFSA, RRSP, and work life insurance
    • Adding CAD spouse as a beneficiary to US spouse's 401k and work life insurance
    • Authorized user on US spouse's credit card
  • PDF of our photos throughout 6 years with friends and family, trips taken together, and our wedding.

Is it necessary to include text messages or calls? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
