We intentionally waited a little over 3 months to submit the Affidavit of Support to NVC due to bad advice from the paralegal assigned to our case.
Submitted all documents to NVC on 07/04/2025. Paralegal handling our case forgot to attach the first page of my divorce decree so had to wait an additional 12 days for NVC to review it and DQ us. |
