I’m still waiting. I applied Oct 10th, i chatted with USCIS and I’m a bit confused.I asked where my case is they said NBC. Then I asked if it’s on interview queue and they said it’s elegible for interview scheduling as of Dec 16th. So I’m thinking there’s still a bit of a wait. Hartford FO

Also applied 10/10 and still waiting. Portland FO, which now says 8 months processing time so hope to hear something by April or May.

If you filed online, you filed and will be subject to current rules, not future rules starting October 20.

I seem to have missed it and Filed Nov. 1st Can you guide me to the change in rules? Thank you.

Hello!

Here is my current timeline:

November 10, 2023 - filed I-751 (pending)

September 30, 2025 - applied for N-400 based on 3y rule (online filing)

October 01, 2025 - receipt notice received

October 01, 2025 - biometric reused

FO: Philly, PA

Still waiting for an interview date. My FO processing time is 8 months so it seems it's too early for hearing something from them yet. I focused on studding the test right now to calm down my impatience :)

Chatted with Emma and was told that both cases are in NBC. My I-751 was in Vermont service center before and after I applied for naturalization they moved it to NBC

I'll keep you updated, guys.

Good luck to us!

Hi Kate. Do you have an interview update for us? My husband and I are also going to be combo interviews.

Our update-

My wife had her interview on February 9 at the West Palm Beach field office. She knocked it out of the park, aced all of the tests. But we were confronted with a problem: in the first year of her GC we were outside on the US for 182 days. That was a surprise because I had miscalculated the days.

We were issued a Notice of Continuance the next day and given 30 days to respond with documentation that she had not abandoned her residence. We Fedexd our response 2 days later. We quickly received a notice that our response was being processed. Since then nothing…until today.

We received two notices today; one that she had been approved and one that her Oath Ceremony will be scheduled.
