Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I can't seem to find any information online (maybe I am just not searching using the correct phrase, or maybe this is totally irrelevant and I am stressing for the sake of stressing!).

For the I-130 packet of information/evidence of a bona fide relationship it was written from my husband's perspective since he was the petitioner. Things like "this photo shows me and X on holiday in X country". Since I am now the petitioner (if I am understanding this correctly, as the GC holder) should it all be from my perspective? I appreciate any help you guys can provide! Thanks!

I think even though there is a single petitioner, it's best to include evidence from both sides, as to evidence two people co-mingling and working in union.

Evidence will include from both sides, but I guess it's more about the narration of that evidence!

Can you write it in an objective way, like “Us, some place, sometime” then you don’t have to worry about anyone’s perspective

Maybe this is the way! Thank you!

What @Sam Burns said is the way I wrote ours.

Don't worry too much about photos - yes, put like 4 to a page and submit a few with captions using identifiers in the plural, but better evidence are things like boarding passes for the pair of you for the same trip, evidence of shared accommodation and then the things like income tax filings (filing as married, not single), listing each other as beneficiaries on life insurance policies, pensions and investments, etc...the stuff that lasts longer and is harder to just toss someone off of.

hi. This is what I did for us. No perspective etc. just names and location. They already know who is who.

Hope it helps (and pic opens!)

Our proof of bona fide relationship, for Removal of Conditions,  included a photo of us with my Great Granddaughter and we identified my husband as "Granddad"! Everything was fine and the application was approved

I seriously doubt anyone would actually even notice it. They are not going to look at every photo and check to see if all the names are on there and in the correct perspective. And though I know a lot of people here swear by using lots and lots of photos they are still secondary evidence and really don't proof anything (apart from wedding pictures?)

I hate photo's so I'm never in any and I didn't include any.
