Do My Children Ages 7 And Younger Need Green Cards?

Hello 

My husband is a US citizen and we are looking to move to the US. I am a Canadian Citizen and will be applying for a green card using form I-130. My question is do I need to apply for a green card for our children also or is their a different visa they need. To note my husband is a citizen born abroad which is why he cant just pass citizenship on to our kids

File I130s for all family members and for your petition I130 and I130a.

Double check that your children have no path to citizenship, or their visas will be denied.

Check with consulate first before submit I-130 for the kids. US citizens born abroad doesn't means that you can't not pass to to child.
