GC holder entry after more than a year of absence

Hi

I'm a GC [10 Y] holder since Aug 2022 married to a US citizen, It took me awhile to go throw the process due to covid...,[I applied 2019]. by the time I was approved my spouse and I had gotten settled in my home country, we did come to the u.s. for a month to check up some options but nothing was that relevant.

I have not been in USA since that one trip, and I would like to go back now as something new came up which we want to check up, I've been reading the threads here and had a few questions:

1. what are chances of me being denied entrance?

2. If I get NTA and I will find out later I'm not interested in living in USA, can I give up my GC voluntary instead of appearing at court? is there anything too loose if getting NTA besides GC?

I assume you have a valid, unexpired 10 year Green card:

1.  Zero.  You will be admitted.  They might ask questions.  Be ready to show how you always meant to return.   I don't think Covid excuse will work.

2.  NTA is very unlikely, imo.  We have seen people stay outside the US longer. 

Other advice:  I would not delay.

1. They can not refuse you entrance so nil, you can surrender your GC.

Is it possible an airline will not admit me on the flight [if they can see i hadnt been in the usa for more than a year and I do not have a reentry permit?

No, airline won't know this. The sooner you come, the better.

The airline only needs to make sure you have valid documents to be admitted at destination; that's it. And because you have valid documents anything else is beyond them. CBP will handle your admission and I don't think you should have any issues though they could end up asking plenty questions.

You will be allowed to board.  Again, I would not delay.

They don't care.

1. You could have had a completely new passport with no stamps

2. LPRs do not usually get any stamps after they have GC in hand, when entering or leaving the US

3. Airline is not CBP, they don't have authority to enquire, other than checking valid documents, which you have

The airline boarding document states that you will be boarded if you have a 10 year Green Card.
