I received my 2 years green card (Adjustment of status from K1) last October. There was a typo. Missing hyphen (-) in my new last name. I filed I-90. Submitted the documents. New biometrics wasn't required. Yesterday I received RFE for I-90. Which is very confusing.

I attached the document below.

The problem is I never have a form G-28. I never used any attorney. I don't have any new forms, any fees and my address didn't change. I don't know what am I supposed to submit. I can't even check any boxes. Should I just send an empty form?

There is an option to upload the documents online, but as I said there is nothing to upload.

And again they aere missing hyphen (-) in my last name.

It is so frustrating.

Thank you

What does the rest of the "Request For Evidence" say?  Did you send your old card to them?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

There is just my A number and my name on the bottom of the page. Thats it.

No I didn't send them my green card. I applied for I-90 online. I received NOA right away. Everything was good. They never requested an original card.

I think they want the old card.  I would call and ask to speak to a Tier 2.

there is a chance they will take forever to redo my green card. And I still will apply for my 10 year green card next summer. Wondering if i will need this green card for the future process

Make a copy of it and keep that copy.

A hyphen is not that important.

I agree. ......I would just withdraw the I-90.

I also wouldn't touch it if it was just a hyphen. As long as you have properly spelled first name and both last names.
Now the worms are out of the can...

OP can withdraw the I-90.
