Hey!

I was watching a couple videos on Youtube on how to assemble my i485 package and got many different opinions.

Now I have the question:

Do I submit supporting evidence multiple times which each form i file in the whole package?

i.e. a photocopy of the US passport for the i485 and another one for the i864 and so on...

or is one photocopy of each document enough and USCIS deals with that once they open the package.

Thank you for your help!!

Each set has to have its own set of accompanying documents. They all get assigned to different places (I-765 and I-131 go to National benefits center and I-485 to your local field office ).

The USCIS instructions say we don’t need to submit duplicates of certain evidence if filing concurrently, but we went ahead and included copies of the evidence required for each form for the same reasons others mentioned.

@J0hann The way my lawyer submitted AOS package was:

1) Table of contents

2) All completed forms

3) Evidence

Evidence was shared for all the forms. We did not duplicate it at all. That's how most of lawyers file it AFAK.

No RFEs, no issues. Approved
