CR1 police clearance certificate and the CR1 RFE court records for any criminal convictions should be what I need not my police report because that shows even my exes arrests from years ago i dont see why they would need to see that do they?  I have no convictions isnt that all they need to see? thanks anybody.

To determine which documents are required, look at the reciprocity table for the countries you live in/have lived in.

Are you the petitioner (US Citizen) or the foreign spouse?

Then if you got an RFE asking for YOUR court records, it is be cause you have a sex crime against a minor in your record.  No other criminal record would prompt such a request.  If this is correct, hire a lawyer now with experience dealing with Adam Walsh Act cases, or expect your petition to be denied.
