I just listened to some of James Hacking's podcasts.  I think his advice to people is innovative regarding immigration.  His candid approach/advice is very refreshing for would be immigrants..  Anyone who has the time should listen to him.  Anybody else have any thoughts?

He gets a regular mention.

Just be warned that some of the things he says are well debatable.

I had considered a Hacking Howler thread but I tend to fast forward and watch the OMG cases.

Kudos to him for doing it. I know it is marketing but even so

I enjoy watching Hacking and recognizing some posters from VJ.
interesting to see how his advice differs and his understanding of timelines differs, too.
He has finally come to accepting Utah marriage as an option  which has been a fun evolution to watch.
A few weeks ago he was debating whether a same sex couple out of Pakistan should pursue K1 or spousal (via Utah). Interesting callers for sure when they aren’t asking how to complete a form.

His 90 day rule amuses me, looks like he has changed it to 60.

I love most of Hacking’s shows and have even come up a few times to ask questions. I like to watch it to analyze some of the answers he gives, just to see if I was far off or not.

If you see a caller named Shabahz, listen to him. He’s well known in the show!

What has also changed is his weight.
Watching that transition was incredible.

There used to be a Shabaz before Shabaz, same sort of deal.

Shabaz had a nonsense asylum claim and is in removal and wants everyone to jump up and down and sort out his case now he found a USC to marry

He certainly lost a few.

Wish there’s way to reach out to shabaz and let him know that he waited 17 months it’s not out of the normal for removal proceeding case. Mine was 19 months just for I-130 approval

and also I know many people preferred to get GC from the judge instead of USCIS but they didn’t know that many immigration court case always postponed and postponed.

i rather deal with USCIS then immigration court. I’m glad I didn’t listen to many lawyers to file I-485 with the court
