Soo 55% of B applicants are approved at this Consulate

So the next question is if he is likely to be in that 55% category, insufficient data to comment

The only real way of knowing is to apply and find out

I think the comments are based on filling in the gaps due to insufficient data, something i know I do because often you have to

The Uncle comment intrigued me, how does he fit in?

The uncle got his citizenship 20 ueaears ago so he could have easily brought his nephew over.  We are not interested in deceiving the government.  We will not get the uncle involve because we are simply trying to meet and further our relationship.  Embassies can't have rules for people and don't make provisions for them to follow the rules even if hardship occur.

I was never intended to apply for the tourist visa.  I said nothing of soɛr.  Secondly... WE ARE TRYING TO MEET IN PERSON.  Our goal is marriage however that is not the purpose of the tourist visa.  The purpose was for him to meet my family and I will meet his family that is in America.  We WILL have two weddings because of our culture.  I am planning to visit his family in his country once I have the go ahead to travel.

The invitation letter was requested by the embassy in SL because he will be staying with me and they needed to know my information about many things they have asked.

It doesn't work like that.

No, he could not have.   There is no visa pathway for a USC to petition a nephew.

There is no way of bringing a nephew over. He could have petitioned his brother and minor children are then included.

Not sure what you mean about rules

And every single person here has said that neither option will “satisfy” that requirement.   The advice you’ve gotten has been dismissed by you immediately.

Not sure what you’re hoping for.   Someone to come along who did what you’re proposing?   Won’t happen.

If you don’t like the feedback you’re getting, that’s on you.   It’s not because anyone is refusing to help.

If I had an issue with feedbacks I would have said so.  Please don't assume anything

I will express my thoughts without help.  Thank you for your comments.

LOL?   If you mean as a derivative on a sibling visa, then yes.   Did the uncle petition your bf’s parent?

We may have a solution if his Uncle can sort it all out, that would avoid everything so far discussed

If the uncle had petitioned 20 years ago, and if the OP’s bf has not aged out.

No…..but we DO know how long the wait is for sibling visa numbers to become available, and that uncles cannot petition adult nephews.
