Update! My oath ceremony notice was mailed!

nice! congrats!

Did you had a pending I751?

When tomorrow starts without me..

please try to understand, That an Angel came and called

my name, and took me by the hand; The angel said my

place was ready, In Heaven far above, And that I'd have

to leave behind all those I dearly love. But when I walked

through Heaven's Gates, I felt so much at home, for God

looked down, smiled at me, And told me "Welcome Home."

So when tomorrow starts without me,

Don't think we're far apart, for every time you think of me,

I'm right there in your heart.

@Stardust0523  did you pay all the fines/costs as well? you can also get a receipt from the accounting division in your court (if they have one, sometimes the courts are small, that they don't have a accounting divison). you can also always just walk in your court and on the public search computer at the division you can see all the scanned documents for your case and print them out. we usually charged 50 cents per page :D

Yes I did all that submitted all the court fees shown as paid . Certificate of completion for my DUI 3 program . Everything I can think of was submitted lol or I have copy on hand.

yes you can - i would walk in to the court traffic division and print it out on their public computer because on the "order" where the judge signs off on, the judge must have checked certain boxes which proves that. print that out, walk up to the clerks office window and get it certified. the print out comes out in the clerks office and you have to walk up to their window anyway.

Oh thanks for the info. All I am missing is proof of the court probation completed or in good stand . Thank you , you been very helpful

I got an update today that my testing and interview has been scheduled

5/25 - filed online (3yr rule) with pending i751

5/25 - reused biometrics

5/26 - case being actively reviewed

6/28 - i changed address from NY to FL

7/13 - got an update that my address was changed (but never got an update in USCIS account that my cases were transferred)

8/01 - testing and interview scheduled for sept 13 at 730am in Tampa.

Question: do I have to contact the office before the interview that I have a pending i751 or i should mention it on the interview date?

thanks everyone!

You don't do anything. They have your records and they know you have a pending ROC which they will deal with the same day (combo interview) or after your citizenship interview. They cannot approve your N-400 until ROC is approved. Prepare for both ROC and Citizenship interviews, bring your spouse in case they need both of you for ROC interview, bring all documents/evidence on living in a continuous marital union with your U.S. citizen spouse.

...do good and good will be done onto you...

But nevermind, my interview got cancelled today.

I am so sorry to hear that! I hope you can get a new date soon. Norfolk is my field office as well - best of luck!

The notice is stating: as requested your interview has been cancelled.

i did a withdrawal request on June 14th 2023 for my N400.

then I received my interview notice dated July 11th for August 24th, 2023.

i guess my local field office got my withdrawal request now so they went ahead and cancelled it. Guess it was all overlapped. Kind of still hoped that this won’t happen.

my case is kind of complex. Or let’s say: I made it complex, well my whole life is complex
