  1. It was at 11 am, but the systems were down and everyone who interviewed that day couldn't do oath. The office had come to a standstill. Field Office: San Fernando (SFO) Basically if the office was up and running, I could have had same day oath as well. The officer told me they do oath ceremonies 4 times a day in that office.
  2. Hi all, has anyone not had the oath ceremony on the same day? Unfortunately, the systems were severely down the day of the interview so I got approved online a few days later and am now waiting to hear back the date and details of the oath ceremony. Had all been up and running, I would have had the oath ceremony the same day and be done. My question is - how long was it between the interview and the oath ceremony? I'm hoping it's soon. I had my interview on Dec 1st. Thanks.
  3. Congrats!! Did you need to show your travel itinerary in order to get the 1 day passport service?
  4. Congrats!! Also thanks so much for the details. The interview didn't last long at all.
  5. Yes that's much easier to request for a future date than the actual interview.
  6. Hi, how can you speak to someone at USCIS? Especially those that would specifically refer to your case? I'd love to do it if that is an option.
  7. Mine is the same. Also, I feel like because my biometrics was reused I'm in the back of the pile. I've noticed those that have a biometrics appointment made more progress and got notifications for an interview date. Maybe I'm over thinking this 🤷🏽‍♂️
  8. Congrats!! Were you asked about why you didn't apply for citizenship before? I have had GC since 2010 as well so am wondering if I need to prepare for these kinds of questions as well.
