Help please! Mailing I-129F tomorrow

I have my package all ready to go... addressed in the envelope and everything. I looked at the Service Center link this afternoon... I live in Kentucky, therefore I mail to Texas. I clicked on the same link to double check the address and it's now saying effective July 30, I need to mail to Vermont. *sighs* Where should I mail my petition? I realize I will be mailing it out before the 30th, but it won't be processed by then. Help?

Go ahead and mail it to the Vermont address. They accept the petitions 1 month prior to July 30.

Absolutely sure you don't need to mail to Texas but depending on your state, you might mail to California.

Our package was delievered to the VSC this afternoon!!! I realize we're in for a long wait from this point, but just to finally BE at this point is exciting! Here's hoping for few if any RFE's and a 'quick-as-can-be expected' wait time.
