Hi everyone,

 

Me and my fiancé finally got married on March 18, 2023 on a K1 Visa. We are currently filling out forums I-485 and I-765. But cannot find clarity on how to mail them in (since we are mailing both forums together) and can't find the filing fees. If anyone has been through this process and can advise us where to look, etc. it would be greatly appreciated. We tried looking on the USCIS website but it wasn't giving us much information. Thank you in advance.

Did you marry within 90 days?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

scroll down past the “ announcements”. On each webpage there are tabs for instructions, fees, where to file
