Hang in tight! FWIW in Chicago, I see other cases that filed three months earlier than us (in December) getting similar interview dates (in July), so... we don't know what are the factors involved, and there is nothing to do but wait.

Try not to check too often - I normally just check weekly, and otherwise I just try to put it out of my mind.

yeah, trying not a check often and get myself distracted. :)Thanks for your reply.

I’m Indian too, if that helps. I don’t think that makes a difference in the process. I applied around 3/15 and had my interview on the 13th. I’m in Kansas though, I’m sure yours will come through as well! Hang in there

Congrats on the speedy process! Thanks for your reply!

I'm getting nervous.

Field Office - NYC, Queens Borough.

Submitted March 3/16

Bio 4/4

Still under review.
I've seen on this forum and trackitt folks with their bio 1 week after me, have got their interview notices around Jun 9-12th for end of July.

This is making nervous if somethign is wrong with my application. Not sure being Indian makes a difference in N400 process. Not sure, if others have seen this happen with them.

ok, so I checked with a FB group that has folks talking about their experience specific to NYC. and it seems that Queens borough is about 1 month slower than Manhattan, Bronx and Brooklyn. Most of them are getting their interview letters 3 months after submission and Queens is 4 months. So I'm going to take it easy for another month, considering I'm in queens and, my four month marker is mid July, and not mid June.

We had a really good IO.  We did a combo interview in December, then wife took citizenship oath in January at the Plano Event Center.

We arrived at 7:15 am.  The actual ceremony started about 9:00am.....and was finished by 9:30 am.  About a thousand new citizens took the oath during the ceremony.

It took about an hour to get everyone into the building.  All family and friends had to go into small "family rooms" where we could hear audio of the ceremony.  The new citizens were all sent into a large auditorium for the ceremony.  Then, after the ceremony, we met outside where wife registered to vote.

But when you see others in the same Field Office getting their interview letters, it’s only natural to get a bit nervous, as to what’s wrong.

Writing this to make you feel better. I filed N-400 on February 11th, San Francisco local office. Still waiting for an interview even though there're other February filers who already got their interviews scheduled in the same field office. I also personally know several folks who've been waiting since October-November last year to be scheduled. Some offices just schedule randomly. One thing I've noticed about San Francisco is that they schedule those who filed under 5 year rule first. I filed under 3 year rule with a pending I-751 so I expect to be waiting a while (even though it is annoying as hell).
