I had my biometrics appt on 4/3/2023 and my case status immediately after changed to "we are actively reviewing your case." estimated time is down to 9 months. Interestingly enough, I got a "we have taken an action on your case" email a day AFTER my status changed. My FO is Montgomery, AL.  Best of luck to all of us

 Got an update from Lawfully yesterday that my interview had been scheduled for 7/11/2023. Sadly it's at 2:45 pm so even if they were doing same day oaths I doubt they'd be able to fit me in that late in the afternoon.

My wife passer her citizenship interview. Oath ceremony scheduled for next week in Philly

Everything happened so much faster than expected

Does anyone know how to ensure her minor daughter can get recognized as we will apply for US passports for them both

01/17/17 – Delivered to lockbox  

01/20/17 - NOA1  

01/27/17 – I-797C arrived via USPS

05/05/17 - NOA2

05/23/17 - NVC Recieve

09/11/17 - Approved at Interview

09/30/17 - Visa in hand

10/17/17 - POE Washington DC

11/11/17 - Married 

01/29/18 - AOS sent via USPS

02/20/18 - TXT and email notification of receipt

09/29/18 - EAD recieved

02/12/19 - Interview Scheduled

Hello! Joined late, and somehow I couldn't find this thread when searching so I created a new one (flagged it so hopefully mods can merge it). But anyway,

 

wife and I filed on March 22 (early filing, 90 days in advance, using 5 year rule). Biometrics April 13, interview notice on May 24 (letters have not showed up), interview on July 13. Chicago field office.

 

Yay for the document portal or we will be on tenterhooks now!

 

Best of luck to everyone else, glad to see some have already been approved!

Hello! Just got my interview notice yesterday for the San Antonio Office. My timeline is 

 

Filed: March 15th 2023

Receipt notice: March 15th 2023

Biometrics appointment scheduled April 7 2023

Biometrics appointment: April 26th 2023

Actively Reviewing your case: April 27th 2023

Your interview has been scheduled: June 5th 2023

Interview date: July 24th 2023

Was your I751 application to remove conditions still pending?  You have to be a permanent resident in order to apply for N400 naturalization.

I never applied for I751 application cause I came here on CR1 visa that turned to IR1 upon arrival and I got the 10 year green card right away!
