Hi All,

filed N400 March 17

Bio done April 21

Now ’actively being reviewed’

i think local office is West Palm Beach (closest, and that’s where did biometrics)

Anyone with any experience lately in West Palm? Curious to know when to expect an interview.

Hi Everyone,

My wife just received notice that she has an interview scheduled for June 13 in San Antonio.  She applied March 3rd.

Do you have to take your (foreign) passport to an N400 interview?

I'm in the process of renewing mine, so I'll be without one for a few months and wondered if my N400 interview gets scheduled, whether it's needed?

Yes, you do. And if you've renewed it, you're supposed to bring both the old one and the new one.

My husband's interview letter specifically says, in the list of things to bring:

  • Your passport and/or any other documents you used in connection with any entries into the United States.

Hey guys! I got an update on my removing conditions and it says “

May 4, 2023 We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.
May 3, 2023 Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another USCIS office.” any idea what this means for me? I’ve applied for naturalization and wouldn’t it be better for my local office to have my documents for a combined interview?

It's fairly standard for the I-751 to be transferred to NBC after N-400 is filed. N-400s also start off at NBC before being routed for adjudication by local offices.

I submitted my N400 application on March 1, 2023. I got an appointment for a N400 interview today in San Diego. I was not anticipating things to move so fast so I attached a letter after receiving my N400 appointment letter requesting to convert it to a combo interview with a pending I751. I added it as a document for my N400 submission and messaged them through myUSCIS but never heard back. Regardless, I prepare for both and went with my spouse today.

Both I751 and N400 were approved today and I even had the same day path ceremony and now at the passport office, hoping to expedite a passport before my travel plans in mid to late June.

Same here..I applied March 29 through Military service.interview scheduled today for May 25th

What if you get no notification about the I-751? Filed N400 about 6 weeks ago and nothing yet!
