So will be best to apply for k1

Best would  be get married, start the process ( https://www.visajourney.com/guides/ir1-spouse-visa/ ) and then after she gets the visa, she enters the USA on your 2 year wedding anniversary.

No it will not. Does she already have a visa or does she need to apply for it now ?

She needs to apply for it

As previously mentioned, it will require her to demonstrate strong ties to her home country .. not impossible for sure … but sometimes challenging   But visiting using a visitor visa will not be an issue in the future for K1 or spouse application

Getting married in December or early 2023 will not work with the K1 visa timeline (as you need to get married in the US).

Does your gf have a tourist visa already?

If not, she should apply for the visa and select an interview date.

Jakarta currently has a 47 day waiting time for appointments.

Not sure where else she might be able to interview.

If having her meet your family before the wedding is important to you, I would investigate having your parents fly over to Indonesia and (maybe) getting married there before applying for spousal visa

I went to the US to visit without problems. I later applied for the CR1, no issues.
