I-130 submission (online)

I was a US green-card holder years ago, then abandoned it (the USCIS approved my I-407 - Record on Abandonment Lawful Permanent Resident Status) .  I now have a B1/B2 visa, and my (US citizen) spouse is filing an I-130.  In the Beneficiary Info section, it asks whether I was EVER in immigration proceedings.  I assume I need to say Yes due to my previous I-130?  If I select Yes however, we're not sure what to do with the next set of questions.

I never had a "proceeding" - I summited a form by mail to abandon my previous green card (as explained above) . How do we handle this on the I-130 ?

Thank you in advance before

Answer is No. immigration proceedings are when action is taken against you by USCIS. Unless you appeared in front of a immigration judge, were deported etc the answer is No

Yes, and I will just add that examples of what is meant by immigration proceedings is adjacent to the question itself.  It's also described in the I-130 instructions.  It's very helpful do download and study the PDF form instructions even if you are filing online.
