I didn't honestly check, I got multiple emails the morning after and that's when i noticed it. My I-485 has changed to case being actively reviewed though.

Hello October 2022 AOS filers another month another round of AOS submissions,  Please be aware that this checklist is NOT all inclusive and you must consult the USCIS website to crosscheck this checkl

Our AOS is approved yesterday February 1. The whole process took about 3.5 months. We submitted our case on October 21, 2022. 😊

Hello everyone, 

 

Submitted all forms on 21 October 2022

28 October credit card charged

 

31st October 2022 received text message with receipt notices

7 November: received biometrics appointment notice with other form notice and codes.

Biometrics appointment 25th Nov. 

15  November I-693 Deficiency Notice 

 

Hoping for the best.

Citizenship Complete!

I went for biometrics yesterday November 25th. A few minutes after 485 and 765 went into review. Then today, I received an email saying "We've taken action on your case" but there's nothing when I logged in. Now we wait.

I'm in the same boat and nothing has happened since November 9th.

So i tried to put in an expedite request for the EAD. I'm just waiting to hear back.

Let me know how it goes for you. I tried to put in an expedite request on 11/01. Still nothing until now…

K1 Process (536 Days)

  • 01/28/2021: I129F Packet Sent - 07/20/2022: Visa On Hand

  • 08/12/2022: POE - Dulles

  • 09/20/2022: Marriage

 

AOS (Pending)  EAD & AP (88 Days):

  • 09/30/2022: AOS, EAD, AP Packet Sent
  • 01/09/2023: Combo Card on Hand (Expedited)

Yesterday was officially 7 business days after my expedite request so I just did another request through Emma.  I hope this one gets a response.
