    Hi, My wife got her Green card on January 7, 2023. We filed for her AOS on October 23, 2022 and on January 1st they approved it and mailed the Green card on January 3.

    Hi, We received the card within a week. Her status says "Card was delivered to me by the post office".

    Our AOS is approved yesterday February 1. The whole process took about 3.5 months. We submitted our case on October 21, 2022. 😊

    No. It did not. Since they approved it within few hours, I might not seen the transition.

    Thanks! 😊 I'm not sure if she needs to wait till her EAD card arrives before she can begin to work. We are going to wait for it anyway. It might take 7-10days to arrive.

    Hey, Nothing. We didn't do anything. It was processed automatically. We submitted her AOS package on October 20, 7 days later (October 28), received NOA1. November 14, was her bio appointment and they issued her EAD by the end of the same day. We are now waiting for her card to be mailed.

    Same. My wife had her bio appointment on Monday at 11am and her EAD got approved before 6pm same day.

    Thank you for your quick response. For K1 visa, Abu Dhabi embassy won't let you submit DS160 nor schedule for visa until you receive an instruction email from the consulate. I know this is very confusing because it's not clear to what needs to be done from our end.

    Hello Everyone, Our K1 case is ready at Adu Dhabi, UAE embassy since April 13, but the consular hasn't sent me the instruction email to schedule an appointment. I contact them via email twice and thier response was "Please note that we will send you some information as soon as we receive your file." Has anyone been in this situation before? What should I do? Thanks!

    Hello Everyone, Our K1 case is ready at Adu Dhabi, UAE embassy since April 13, but the consular hasn't sent me the instruction email to schedule an appointment. I contact them via email twice and thier response was "Please note that we will send you some information as soon as we receive your file." Has anyone been in this situation before? What should I do? Thanks!

    I think Abu Dhabi consulate requirement is to wait for their instruction email. It has been a whole month since our case status is Ready. I'm thinking to email them and asking for ETA.

    Hello Everyone, Our case is ready at Abu Dhabi embassy since last month, but haven't received an email from them. I was told to wait for the embassy to send me an email with instructions, but so far, nothing happened. Has anyone gone through this? Do I still need to wait for the embassy to email me instructions or I need to file the dc-160? Please advise 🙏
