Did we filled I-129F wrong?

Hi! Hope everyone is okay.

I'm concerned about one thing. My husband sent I-129F on September 20. He only filled out the form and attached the NOA1 from the I-130 form, nothing more.

Is it wrong? Should he send other documents? Or does USCIS check for the missing documents with the I-130 package?

Thank you

Per the instructions, he should have included evidence that he has filed an I-130 (which he did)  AND a copy of the marriage certificate.

Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) (uscis.gov)

"9. Evidence for Petitions to Classify a Spouse as a K-3 Nonimmigrant In addition to the evidence described in Items 1. - 5. above, you must submit:

A. Form I-130. Submit evidence that you filed Form I-130 on behalf of your beneficiary; and

B. Marriage Certificate. Submit a marriage certificate, issued by the appropriate civil authority, showing your valid marriage to the beneficiary."

They may or may not overlook the omission.

so, if he didn't send it, USCIS will denied the form? we only sent it with the hope that it will make the I-130 process faster. If they deny it, could we still have hope for faster approval?

Good questions.  They could either reject the form before approving the I-130 or they could adjudicate the I-130 immediately.  I wouldn't guess either way.

in that case, there is nothing that we can do for now, just wait. I will stay hopeful.

denial is 99.99 percent assured whether the copy of the marriage certificate was provided or not.

Correct me if I am wrong but there is a lot more to provide than just those 2 things. Page 10 of the instructions under "What evidence to submit" goes over numerous things you need to send. Evidence of US Citizenship, Termination of previous marriages, passport photos, and so on.
