My approval is Sept 27th and I'm still waiting with you. 85 days and counting.

From my emails, the NVC only received my case sometime between Nov 3rd-Nov 10th. As of Monday the NVC is working on cases they received from Oct 31st. You and I should be getting something from the NVC by the end of this week or beginning of next.

My state Congress reached out to Nvc last month and nvc stated they received Oct 31st. Hopefully I hear something soon, this wait is draining

Correct, for Morocco they will email a welcome letter and interview date within 1-3 months.

I called my attorney and they said I actually have to schedule my interview so I am confused because medical there refusing is as we need some letter while attorney said no u schedule and the letter they need is appointment confirmation. I have a feeling that country is doing this purposely because they like getting money under the table. That’s all it makes me think because they always seem to find why they should not schedule first it was Covid the. It’s something else. Very corrupted country

I don’t know if this is same for you but I found out that the letter the nvc sends u is the welcome letter and has your case with that letter u make medical appointment and embassy does not schedule u anything u do it your self. I had two professionals tell me.  I was first confused by all of it too but I guess that how it is.

Are you Morocco as well? They're telling me in the Morocco group on Facebook that we will get an email with our appointment date and instructions.

NOA2 Sept 27th

I got our case number today from the NVC. it took 98 days. My case is in transit to the embassy.

I tried so so hard to intercept the case at the NVC and get it rerouted to the Jerusalem Embassy (who accepted us months ago). But due to the incompetency of the NVC, it wasn't possible to get a hold of them and they still routed our case to Poland. I emailed them at all three points of contact, every single week to try and get them between the time they processed our case and sent it out, to no avail.

We also finally got our case number! We received the official NVC approval letter with case number by email today, which also said that our case got sent to the embassy.

I checked the CEAC website and it says it is in transit.

NOA2: 2022-09-28
NVC Received: 2022-10-31 (Based on emails from NVC Research when we asked for updates on our case.)
Case number created: 2022-12-14 (Used the Julian calendar method to figure out which date.)
NVC Left: 2023-01-03
