Just a tip for those of you who will be waiting for a bio metrics wavier or a bio metrics appointment and it has been 30 to 60 days since you have received your NOA try submitting an e-request of Non Delivery of Notice. I had not gotten any word on my bio metrics for over 60 days. I sent in a e-request and low and behold got a reply via email in a few days and the bio metrics wavier a few days after that in the mail. Sometimes this will jog things loose there at USCIS, its worth a shot. Here is the link:

Thank just submitted ours. Now to see if any action on it. Been 96 days since filing .

Same here.

Package delivered Monday 19th September. Still haven’t received a text or any correspondence. Years slowly being taken off my life at this point.

Man, this is a pain.  Haha I mean I don’t mind waiting.  But, this one I don’t like because it is the uncertainty of they accepted it or not, etc.

When did you file. Did you receive a text/letter in the mail yet? Honestly it’s this uncertainty that’s slowly killing me

Ha! So, I totally just got the text.  The case was accepted.  But, we are dying in Potomac.  YSC 🥺.  I will have 5 children before we get that GC for my husband.  Hahahahaha

It arrived 09/21.  Waiting for check to be cashed.

@Charlys&Indy Did your biometrics get waived at least?

I am afraid that it is gonna take so long my husband will need to do biometrics and we will get scheduled for ROC interview, even though we had one for AOS.

Seriously, FML.

Did anyone mail their package via USPS? Mine got delivered on the 19th of September to the PO Box and I still haven’t received any correspondence from USCIS. I noticed most people use fedex or ups and get a receipt within 3-4days. I’m currently going on day 5 now and nothing. Getting really worried as it shows delivered but no notification and money order has not been cashed either. Sigh just wondering if anyone else has experienced delays receiving the e-notification

I used USPS -- mine was delivered on a Wednesday, my credit card got charged that Friday, and then I got the text that following Monday. Mine was the Phoenix Lockbox, where did you send to? I wouldn't lose hope just yet, they may just have received a lot of submissions lately.

Fingers crossed you hear something soon -- the waiting to see if your case makes it into the system is the worst part.
