N-400 August Filers 2022

Hi all, I never post but feel like is time. 

My timeline 

Filled up in August,

Had my interview last month, passed civics test, reading and written tests but was handed a paper saying a decision couldn't be made. The officer said it's cause he didn't have my i130, I felt like that was an excuse. Why would they need the i130 when it was approved years ago.

Citizenship interview completed 12/13/22. I passed. I was given a paper stating that I passed it but decision couldn’t be made at this time because of my pending I751. The IO was so nice. She requested my I751 to be transfer to my Local field there and then (that was what she told me). She said I will get a letter before the end of the week for my my oath ceremony day. It’s been TWO damn weeks now, NOTHING!!! No update on I751, no update on N400. I don’t know how I’m feeling right now

Timeline: 

● 08/26/22 : Application received

 

● 10/31/22 : Interview scheduled (Previous biometrics were used)

 

● 12/09/22 : Interview

 

● 12/09/22 : In-line for Oath Ceremony to be scheduled 

 

I honestly thought it would be a 8-9 month long process so I was pleasantly surprised.

(Oath ceremony was set after my interview 12/12/22 "could view online" and letter was recieved in the mail a few days later)

Case updated online, oath ceremony scheduled for Jan 27th

No update on my end with the Newark center but I am moving to California in two weeks so we will see if that speeds or delays the process!

Oath ceremony scheduled for Feb21. Everything happened so fast

Souse already naturalized. My Case Is still Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS

Philadelphia field office.

 

USCIS page is showing:

 

Estimated time* until case decision:
approx. 29 days

 

I am not sure what does it mean though.

 

Should I file FIOA request for A-file? Any advise?

Finally my immigration journey is done. I became an US citizen last week. I filed N400 in August 20th, Interview was on Dec 21st. Oath ceremony on Jan 22nd. My local field office  is Washington DC.

Congratulations! If you can, please, complete the timeline in your profile. It may help somebody.
