I don't think a thread for the August 2022 I-130 filers has been started so I wanted to take the initiative and be able to talk to people in the same boat as me! :)  Feel free to remove if there is already a thread for this!

My current timeline:

Date Filed: August 3, 2022

NOA1: August 3, 2022

Good luck to all of you :)

I used EMMA to connect with a live agent and ask where my case is. It took me several attempts before finally joining the line to chat with an actual representative.

Hello I am about to open an online account and file however I have a question in regards to medical examination (closed envelope) and passport photos will those have to be mailed via regular mail instead of online ? Or given at the interview?
I would appreciate your reaponse as I am wondering if I should send everything as one package via post office or just submit whatever I can on line and the rest send my mail ? Any thoughts ? 🤓

thank you in advance

Medical exam is required after the petition has been approved, assuming you are pursuing spouse visa through consular processing.  If you are actually adjusting status in the US, the right forum for your process question would be -- https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/130-adjustment-of-status-from-work-student-amp-tourist-visas/

Anyone else file a K3? We did ours got NOA the 15th of this month.

We did. Myuscis website dates the NOA August 17th. However, the USCIS Case Tracker app on my phone says the NOA was issued the 15th. We’ll check when we get the physical piece of paper (we live abroad and it takes a while to get mail). Both cases are at Potomac.
