We are DQ as Aug 7, submit on July 27 ( 11 days). Can’t believe that fast

Just submitted all docs today. After that, I discovered that I did a mistake on DS-260. I put my Present Employer’s address in Employer’s name row. Don’t know what to do with it.

You may have to contact NVC to find what going on. My case got approved on Aug 18, USCIS sent it to NVC on Aug 19. We both received the WL email from NVC on Sunday morning Aug 23.

Don’t rely on NVC timeframe. I do nothing but wait. Most cases received Welcome Letter within a week.

I paid both fees at the same time/day but separate payment 2 days ago. The status still “In Process “ now. Do you guys know when it changes to PAID for the next step?

Hi everyone. I am preparing the I-864, NVC requirement is the file is not larger than 2MB. I tried many ways but if compressed to 2MB it not clearly to read. The question is: Can I just print out the signature page (page 8), sign it, scan that page then insert back to the file? Have everyone tried that way? Thanks

Received NVC Welcome Letter this morning. It took 4 days since USCIS Approved the petition. Fees were paid, waiting for the next process.

Did you see what they need on RFE? If the things they need that you already had on file so maybe that’s a mistake from them.

Hi everyone. Our case was approved today. NOA1 : Aug 17 2022 AR : Jan 22 2023 NOA2 : Jul 18 2023( 11 months +1 day). I filed by mail, got receipt from Potomac. 3 months later, I messaged to USCIS to ask where my case is. They replied it’s in Vermont so I am sure the approval came from VSC. I got notification from the USCIS app about my case was AR. Then I login to my USCIS Account and saw the Approval letter under Documents tab. Good luck everyone.

Hi everyone, I filed I-130 (CR-1) on Aug 17/2022 by MAIL. I’ve got the text from USCIS that they received my case and the receipt number start by IOExxxx. I read somewhere in this forum, the receipt number IOExxx for filers whose filed online, but I filed by MAIL. Is this normal? Today, I received the NOA1 by mail from Potomac SC. In the letter, the receipt number still the same as the text I’ve got few days ago(IOExxxxx). Looked at anywhere in this letter to find another receipt number but no luck. I tried to add this case to my USCIS online account but it asks for Online Access Code that includes in the letter but I didn’t see any Access Code in this letter. Have anyone had experience in this matter? Please help! Thank you very much. ,
