Shouldnt my immigration lawyer know all about these issues? She just keeps submitting the w-2s again without trying to get to the bottom on the issue and that is why i am asking for help.

Hello . I wanted some help. I figured out with some help that the issue with the 1099 is due to a taxable interest reported in my joint sponsor's tax transcripts.  It is interest on a bank account for almost 300$. My sponsor has no idea about this 1099-Int and his accountant insists there are no 1099. Any ideas as to how i can resolve this issue witH NVC? IT SEEMS like I wont be able to get this document.

Hello, after getting dq as category f11 with my 3 kids, my oldest son's name was removed as a derivative from my ceac account even though he qualifies for CSPA. what action should i take? They didnt send any message rather his name is gone. Is this because they are studying his cspa eligibility?  Do i need to contact nvc or is this an embassy issue? I

It's still with NVC so contact them. Sometimes they are not good as cspa calc. If you are confident he is protected under cspa, contact NVC and provide cspa age based on the given dates.

If so you and your child sought the visa the moment DS260s were submitted. Even if the interview happens 2 years later, he will be protected under cspa.

I became F1 on October 2022 but F1 was current for my PD date on Dec. 2018, so will they consider the October 2022 as the 1 year sought to acquire?

I know my 1-130 was pending for 48 months so I know my son is way below age in Cspa. I just wanna make sure about the sought to acquire date since my son was just removed from my ceac account after WE got Dq.

I had an upgrade in preference category from F3 to F1 after a divorce so of course i couldnt seek to acquire according to my current priority date since when i was upgraded my priority date had been current 3 years ago but i did file the ds-260 and pay within one month of getting my welcome letter when i changed categories. He was removed anyways and i was told that he is over 21 but the embassy would make the final decision regarding his CSPA . Any thoughts please on my situation??
