Not time yet for a WOM

u need patience

Your AP could take a year since Chad is in Africa

its going to take as long as it takes and if the country is poor for keeping records , then u need a lot of patience

Thanks everyone, I understand it’s too early to file mandamus but Its has been almost two years since we have filed the petition

and my process was 6 years long

and many others have seen 2, 3 or 4 so patience

if your marriage is bona fida

if u have good solid proofs

if u love each other as u should

if u last out immigration without quitting

if no red flag issues

then wait it out and be prepared for the immigrant to be a bit homesick and need help to adjust

none of this is easy

best to u both

No one said this process is fast.  Administrative Processing can be neither expedited nor waived.  Immigration takes time.   The process takes a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and money.  By the way, a WOM does NOT guarantee a desired outcome.

Clock resets after the interview.  The time elapsed prior to the interview is not relevant.

re-phrasing Crazy Cat's response:  If you try rush AP the result of your WOM is likely a denial.   Meaning you would have to refile the i-130 and likely still have to wait out the AP when it gets to that stage.

No I disagree with your statement WOM will force them to do their job as they are supposed to, to deny a case you need to provide a reason to justify the denial
