tourist with USRN looking for a job

u can always apply, but without proper visa/working permit, u cant start the job / accepted

tourist visa. Actually this is for my husband.  He has a tourist visa, passed the NCLEX and married to me who has a PR visa.  I am confused on what to do.

Is your husband currently in the US?  Also, do you mean that you are in the US and have a green card?  A GC is not a visa.

Does this mean that your husband's nursing credentials were already evaluated by CGFNS because you mentioned that he passed his NCLEX exam?
