What letter should I write for the USCIS?

I'm the beneficiary and I would like to write a letter of proof of relationship, I wrote intent to marry letter, but I would like to add another letter explaining how I met my fiancé,

where can I find a sample, and what's the title of the letter should be?

That is not required.  I wouldn't bother.  Your "proof" of relationship would carry little weight.

They're not going to look at anything that is not listed as a requirement.

The petitioner just needs to write the date and place of one meeting that took place took place 2 years or less before I-129F is filed. There is a specific answe for that.   I wrote the dates of each meeting we had in case USCIS found the evidence for a specific meeting to be weak.
