Your timeline isn’t completed so no idea where you are in the process. If you’re just mailing out the petition now, I-134 is not in the list of required documents. It’s required for the beneficiary to bring to the interview.

No, the I-134 is completed after the initial filing has been approved. Check the guide: https://www.visajourney.com/guides/k1-fiance-visa/

Instructions regarding the Affidavit of Support is under the heading "what to send to your fiancé once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2)".

No, you don’t need it with the petition. Have you looked at the list of required documents on USCIS.gov?

@powerpuff is correct. The I-134 is not included with the initial filing. That will be needed later after NOA2 is received and you and your fiancé are preparing for the interview stage.

The reason the I 134 is not required is because income proof needed for the current year at the interview / otherwise since your wait will be at least a year ,  your supporting income documents will be for tax year 2022 not 2021

and most incomes change year to year

Please read the guides and look at the checklist that accompanies the I-129f on USCIS.gov.
