Hi Everyone just wanted to update we just received out Biometric Appointment on the USCIS site

 

Just wondering 

one the letter it says

Your biometrics will not be collected without identification. You must bring a valid government-issued photo identification document. If the name on your identification is different than the name on your ASC notice, bring supporting documentation.

 

So my wife will bring her

Philippine Passport w/ Visa attached

since her name does not match her passport anymore we bring her SS card and our marriage certificate correct?

We were not able to get her a CA ID because the i-91 needed to be 30 days valid. which wasnt even stated on the DMV Site it only said foreign passport and i-94

hello everyone, I couldn't find a July page so I hope I can comment here.

I mailed my AOS documents on July 1st to the Chicago lockbox and it was delivered on the 5th, is it normal to not have heard back till now? my money orders aren't cashed either.

Even though we are July AOS filers from K1 (see our Timeline).

We like to join your party. So far we have:

 

2022-07-09: Sent via FedEx. Adjustment of Status I-485/I-864, I-765, I-131

 

2022-07-12: FedEx signed. AOS delivered.

 

2022-07-15: AOS Check Cashed. No e-Notification even though we submitted G-1145 for all 3 forms.

 

2022-07-19: I-797C Notice of Action for I-485, I-131, I-765 received in mail.

                    2022-07-12: I-797C Priority Date (Received Date)
                    2022-07-14: I-797C Notice Date I-485, I-131, I-765

 

All 3 of our I-797C NOA1s are from the National Benefits Center in Lee's Summit, MO, even though we sent it to the Chicago lockbox, and our local USCIS office is most likely Atlanta.

All 3 receipt numbers begin with IOExxxxxxxxx. 
We are still waiting for the access code mail, and biometrics instructions.

Are there anything else we need to be doing or looking for?

Hi all - We filed I-485, I -765, and I-131 on 6/21 (adjusting from K1).

Biometrics appointment on 7/20, and to our surprise the EAD was approved the same day (I-765 approval letter sent and status changed to “Card is being produced”; I-485 status changed to “case being actively reviewed”).

Hopefully, things start moving faster

But I did request another Online Access Code mail, but have not received it.

K1 to AOS filers should receive the Online Access Code. Hopefully they resend it to you soon since you requested another one. You can also try calling them.

Another problem that we have is that we can't verify her identity on myUSCIS. When we submit her A-number and NVC number (DOD Case ID), we get the error message "We could not find the A-number and/or DOS Case ID you entered."? 

 

Anyone else having such issue? Thanks.
