I've had the exact same RFE for the marriage cert! (Despite me sending THREE COPIES with the original package) hoping for a quick turn around.

After submitting response to the RFE sent, I have wanted for more than 2 months, with no response yet. Anyone else on the same situation? It is literally one step, which is approving the green card, and nothing.

I responded to a RFE last August and have got zero response. All we can do is wait and see what happens

Dear All:

 

My I485 was approved today. I still see the I130 unapproved, but appears actively reviewed. I will let you know, once I receive more information and the card is being produced.

 I-130 also approved today 5/23

We finally received my wife's green card today ( 12/17/23 ).....

We never got any notice it was approved, nor did we have an interview.

Thank you GOD, and to all on here that has helped us along the way..
