I have lately seen some members state the same thing and that they have to wait for two more months to get the DQ message. This is ridiculous if it is the case

I sent them an inquiry form today. Idk what to do. I was supposed to be DQ by mid July, but I got this update earlier than expected. I also noticed that they moved documets from additional to required, but everything in what they want. Im worried

Didn't read that about waiting 2 more months. That's not fair, because on July 20 it will be 75 days. Who else had to wait 2 more months?

Good morning all,

 

i was a May 3rd submission and had my documents reviewed yesterday.  Frustratingly got advised to re-submit my joint sponsor's I-864 because, and wait for it....under Part 8, section 6b, the date was typed into the box instead of hand written.  Ordinarily, i would just put it down to bad luck, but they accepted my primary sponsor's I-864 (formatted the same) and also the I864a.  Oh the joys of this process.  Good luck to the rest of you.

Friday at 11:59 NVC accepted all of my documents except copy of applicant's passport.

 

so annoying i could easily read everything i have no idea why it was rejected. so i just reuploaded the scanned copy within an hours of that notification. So i hope they will accept new copy today or sometime this week since it was not issued as RFE, it was just a message "Passport: Unable to read or missing print". I read someone else had same issue he uploaded within in an hour and it was DQ next day. I hope i will be the same one too

 

I usually see people has confusion which date do nvc used to review our documents.

5/4/2022 - submitted I-864 and all w2s, irs transcript, pay stub, petitioner passport copy, and citizenship certificate all got accepted on 7/15/2022 

5/11/2022 - submitted Ds-260, applicant passport copy, birth certificate, marriage certificate, all got accepted on 7/15/2022 except passport copy ughhhhh

6/4/2022 - submitted PCC and got accepted on 7/15/2022.

 

Please pray so i don't have to wait another 75 days. it's just no fair since all documents were scanned right and same way rest got accepted except one doesn't make any sense.

I got accepted on July 13 without DQ. I hope they didn't push me back neither

Did you check on website? Some people get no message in email. It probably just updated online. Did you pay all the fees?

Yes, I have checked thousand times but NVC didn't send me any new message. I'm pretty sure that I have paid all the fee. It's so wired that some documents were accepted on 13 July and some documents are submitted until today. I have wrote an email to NVC and I afraid that they forget my case.😭

Hi guys. Just got an email from NVC a few minutes ago. My husband filled in i864EZ but we got a message saying he doesn't qualify to fill in this form. (Even though he does) What do we do now.

Same over here they organized and accepted all my documents  on July 13 with bo DQ.  I sent an inquiry.

Something is fishy going on with NVC. I feel like they are intentionally not sending any DQ emails because they are not scheduling any interviews yet so they do not want more cases added to their backlog. I have been following a lot of threads i haven't heard any one getting DQed since July 5th. May be just 10%.

No updates on my side. 

Submitted all required documents on May 10th. Some additional docs on May 11th and 12th.

Last submission date for additonal document was June 24th.
