IL received CR1 On March 18th PD FEB 1ST 2022 DQ SEP 15TH 2022 Interview Date May 9th, 2023

If would just get new passport with added name, our lawyer recommended us to add my name to his passport. Usually passport appointment has more than 3 week wait time. But my husband went directly to chandigarh passport office and was able to get earlier appointment. And got his new passport within couple days after appointment. Do not to this step if your case has been DQed

Dang it i was really hoping that we'll get IL this month. You can't track them in anyway. It just not fair they covered just one month in this batch

No one on visa journey posted or updated time yet. Where did you hear that? I'm Sep we didn't get anything yet.

In Jan they issued the letters to DQ dates from June 13th to July 28th and they scheduled interview in March 2023. For Feb they still need to issue letters and expectation is they'll issue for Aug-Sep DQ dates. They usually issue letter last week of the month so this week hopefully people will get letters. and in if they keep this up then most likely she'll get interview letter in March for May date. Or worst case she'll get letter in April for June date. There is page "NVC to mumbai consulate gather here" follow that page people have been posting there as soon as anyone gets anything.

What time of the day did you get interview? Evening or night. When you mention your time please let me know if you are talking about india time zone or US?

New week new hope!! CR1 ILs were issued on Dec 21st 2022, and Jan 23rd 2023. Let's just Hope we get letters this week for Aug-Sep2022 DQs.

True our DQ is sep 2022, I hope we get interview letter this week. I'll post on as this thread as soon as we get something. Please pray for us 🙏

Did you email NVC or embassy?. Alot people from later March got ILs in August/September.

NVC wasn't closed on Diwali. People should be receiving ILs on Friday or Monday.

They shouldn't have any glitch if they did then why some people from Feb DQ date got letters and some from early March. Only reason I can think of is that petitioner was Green card holder when he/she applied for l-130 but later they became US citizen, and their case type has been changed now.

There definitely some sort of glitch, I would say check your NVC status and see if all documents are still saying accepted. And email nvc and consulate. They sent batch of interview letters in aug for people DQ in April and some in end of March date. Last batch was sent out in September 30th, and mostly people in May and half June got letters. And some from Feb 2022, and some from early March they are those people who were skipped in Aug batch. So its highly possible that you'll get IL in October batch which will be sent out in two weeks. But still I would say email them. Good luck I'll pray you get your IL in October batch.

I went to spouse timeline and did deep research people with DQ date upto June 10th has gotten ILs. Only few people earlier than this date hasn't got IL, there has to be a reason may be their file was submitted paper based or something. I would recommend them to reach out NVC and mumbai consulate.

Yes I agree, CR1 and IR1 categories always has current Priority Dates. And they schedule interview based on case type and DQ date. What was the DQ date of the person you know who received IL?

I did some research on timeline section. Update only for CR1/IRI cases* On 9/30 ILs were sent out mostly for people who were Dqed in May Then I saw they sent letter to some people from Feb and March as well. Looks like they started issuing letters in August and they started from the middle April. Now they are issuing letter for april onwards and April inwards. So based on this calculation people who were Dqed Early March and February should've got letter on 9/30 if not please check your spam and all, or you should be getting letter in end of October batch. And people from June you definitely be getting letter end of October as well because someone from June 10th DQ already got letter for end of November interview date. So if anyone here is April and May DQ haven't got letter yet please post here. So we can know if this calculation is right or wrong.

I wish we could do something. I pray this week brings some hope. They usually issue interview letters last week of the month. I just hope tons of people with CR1/IR1 recieve interview letters.

I would wait until tomorrow at least. If you don't hear anything back until Tuesday submit inquiry.

Alot of us. Its just frustrating no idea whats going on. I just watched video on you tube that mumbai consulate canceled alot of other visa interviews like visitor, business, H1B on last minute saying they have some system technical issue. Last minute means when people showed up to interview they told them there's issue and they'll send them new interview date and they changed their consulate to Delhi, Chennai wherever they could.

Yeah some people from April 2022 DQ date got interview date in Oct. But they skipped January and February people. Now sure whats going on. Not many people got IL though. It was just couple people.

They pace nvc working at right now. You should be getting DQed in week of Oct 17th. So may be earlier if they keep going faster.

Did you contact consular or nvc after being DQed at all? Did you expedite your case at all?
