Hey, I am wondering if moving to a different country while my i-29f k1 visa is being processed could be a reason for rejection. We filed back in July and I am from Morocco originally and live in Turkey. I am considering becoming a flight attendant and moving to UAE in the meantime. Please let me know if these sorts of things could effect the visa as I know the Moroccan consulate interview is one of the most difficult to pass. Thanks so much for the help!

working in these other countries causes several issues

1.  the criminal reports needed from all (2 from Moroc)

2.  extra security checks with these countries so longer AP after interview

3.  UAE is harder on foreigner in interview as witnessed by Lovestoteach ,  a VJ member (married now over 5 years and spouse visa at UAE denied for a pakistan husband)

4.  What would seriously help is to marry and do the CR1 for spouse

5.  no matter where u interview,  u will need to spend quality time and show good evidence of this relationship

The issues might be police reports and getting the interview moved to the correct consulate if you reside outside Turkey.  It could also trigger additional administrative processing for background checks since you are visiting and/or living in multiple countries.  The interview is normally done in the country where you are living.

If you're asking whether you would have an easier time getting a visa in a country other than your own, the answer is no.
