First time posting but wanted to give you guys a heads up. Im also a March 2022 filer my PD date is 03/07/2022 i filed i129f in may this year. It went under review yesterday and when i looked it was a acceptance letter. I was in vermont and im a USC. hope this helps.

No its looks like it was ignored. My wait time still says two months on the site but i got a approval letter under documents.

I'm a USA citizen that filed I-130 for my Pakistan national husbund by mail on 3/21/22. My case number starts with IOE and was scanned by USCIS into thier system

 

PRIORITY DATE: O3/22/22

NOA1: 03/24/22

SERVICE CENTER: Potomac

Account notice: 10/04/22 under processing time tab.

"Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You do not need to take any action at this time."

Both in Facebook and Lawfully. Several people in Nebraska and Texas have gotten their NOA2

Yes, all the K3 filers are being approved. I have noticed it too recently. My husband and I have not filed a K3. Since, all of us are March 2022 filers, I’m hoping we start receiving approvals from December 2022 onwards.
