  1. I filed a I-130 stand alone, it will be, consular processing which is the faster way for my husband living over seas in his country
  2. According to the USCIS website IOE means on line processing and the case can end up at any of the 5 or 6 processing office. The main ones that get transferred sometimes more then 2x are the ones that file other applications besides I-130. Stand alone I-130 are very minimal that are transferred.
  3. I have that app too but planning on ridding it for case true time which cost only $4.99 per month and by a user who recommended its accurate on date where action would happen.
  4. I'm a USA citizen that filed I-130 for my Pakistan national husbund by mail on 3/21/22. My case number starts with IOE and was scanned by USCIS into thier system PRIORITY DATE: O3/22/22 NOA1: 03/24/22 SERVICE CENTER: Potomac Account notice: 10/04/22 under processing time tab. "Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You do not need to take any action at this time."
  5. Oh yeah, I also, got the same response as yours. I'm scratching my head wondering what does it exactly mean. I even went in search on line in hopes I could find any little thing but nope.
  6. Then he needs to go to police station and file a report on her for his protection and for later for his divorce. What she did was illegal and should face the consequences of her actions
  7. There's a form you can file for spousal abuse where it will protect you through the immigration website and you will still be able to stay in USA. Go to social security office and do as mentioned of the I-864? The one mentioned in this thread. I'm so sorry for the cruelness by the one who is putting you through this who is suppose to be your wife. You don't have to worry about divorce at this moment you can deal with it later after you get yourself in track with what you need right now. Please don't go back to her place of residence, if you need to go to a police station and report her and tell them what you said occurred there. They will deal with her and escort you.
  8. I saved all proof and civil documents, that were required, under I-130 as pdf so I can go back to it, if needed, everything pertaining to it is tied with this filing. Concerning pictures and gift receipts, much is really not needed. You can include a pic and conversation in 3 points of the relationship beginning , the engagement and, now marriage with 2 pics and 2 text noting on them who is who and brief description what is going on in that pic.
  9. All you need is to follow detailed instructions of what is required on the USCIS website for the fiance visa and you are good to go, patience is key here. Though I married and file CR1, I could also file the I-129F, free of charge. CR1 is less expensive also less filing of others that follow I-129F and my husband will be able to work as soon as he steps foot on USA soil.
