Just an update case was sent to NVC on 01/30

git email last night with NVC case info logged in This morning and paid the fees. So case was created almost immediately.

AR: Jun 14, 2022

NOA2: Jan 31, 2023

I am at the same boat. 14 months and no sign of I-130 approval yet but I know a person who filled at the same time and was approved in 20 days and now have a interview coming in a few weeks. What does that tell you?

I’m starting to think that those who don’t have an AR are being left out somehow. So many cases get one AR early on. all the cases I’m seeing on FB groups, lawfully, and here that were approved all had one AR.

We got AR on Friday last week after 13½ months. As yet nothing further has happened but hoping that it's an indicator that finally our case has started to move.

You should check the documents on the portal. Same thing happens to me and the approval notice was on the documents.
