    Did you guys check your documents on the uscis portal. When mine changes to AR the second time the approval notice was uploaded to the case.

    I didn’t say it expired but tou. Eee to se mites updated tax documents to the consulate before your visa appointment.

    I would submit what you have. Start fixing with the IRS and update the documents when they are ready for your Interview. They will ask you to update whatever documents are out of date.

    You can submit the transcripts for the previous years you can print them from the ira website. Also if you times your taxes they gave you a copy you submit those. Transcript for this year might already be uploaded too. I filed my taxes on 2/7 and a week later the transcript was already there. I submitted that and a letter from the employer and my documents wer DQed. Take into consideration that there’s a size limit when submitting docs To NVC transcrips are smaller in size and have all the information they need. Hope this helps

    You can print your tax transcripts right from the iRS website. That’s are I got mines from and they were accepted.

    You should check the documents on the portal. Same thing happens to me and the approval notice was on the documents.

    Hey thanks for the info. Which financial docs I’m guessing your meaning if they take over a year for interview as they are tax returns. Also I’m guessing instructions on scheduling medical exam and biometrics. I saw somewhere i don’t remember where that we had to submit all civil doc again to the embassy in DR portal.

    Good afternoon guys just submitted att doc to ceac. Hopefully they get DQd fast. Anyways I was wondering what is the next step. How will be notifies of the Interview will the post on that website. Letter in the mail or email. Also will we have to submit the civil documents again tot he US embassy in DR.     Good morning there are two different tabs for the 864 forms I would upload them separate. I would add her contracts and license under additional and also under its own tan.

    Trying to get all paperwork ready to upload to NVC can I request the no criminal background now. And does it have to be translated.

    I think I miss wrote my question my cause just got to NVC my question is other then the documents they will request with y forms DS260 and i864 is there a place for additional pictures of trips, and receipts etc or should that only be taken to the interview

    Good morning I’ve been reading and watching videos on the 6 steps for NVC but I see no mention of submitting additional evidence. Can someone shed light please I haven’t seen anywhere if their is a choice to submit additional evidence or should I just bring that to interview. Thanking you in advance for your help.

    I’m glad I came across your post thinking of doing this. Recently got approved and been married since May 2021. I believe I can amend last years return and this years once my husband get his visa approved. I also am hoh.

    Recently approved ready to file my taxes spouse is oversees I have an adult dependent. Can I just file head of household instead of married filing separate. Without having it affect my affidavit

    Good afternoon recently got approved for my i130 looking to have all my paperwork ready for the affidavit. My question is what is the best way to claim my taxes for this year. As single or as married filing separate my spouse is still oversees and won’t be filing any taxes at all. Thanks I’m advance for your input.

    Just an update case was sent to NVC on 01/30 git email last night with NVC case info logged in This morning and paid the fees. So case was created almost immediately.
