We received our NOA2 in May 2021 and about week after started our NVC process. Hubby and I both uploaded incorrect documents so that was a lag on our part. Plus my background check took almost 2 months because they was a huge backlog during the summer. We’re currently waiting for our 3rd review from NVC. All of my documents have been accepted. All documents for hubby have been accepted except 1 - tax transcript from 2020. Submitted Oct 5. Current processing times say they are at submissions from the week of Sept 20th.
Our 2 previous reviews came about a month ahead of the processing timeline dates. We’ve never been cutting it this close and are now starting to panic for if something goes wrong and we need to submit again we’re running out of time in our 1 year window.
Has anyone else been stuck at this stage for so long?

In January of 2017, we received a checklist from NVC due to our attorney's incompetence.  Our case was at NVC for 24 weeks.  You are not under a one year deadline while you are actively communicating with NVC

Your last submission was October 5, 2021.  So, your 1 year window is from that date forward one year.  No worries.
