Expedite due to Ukraine - Russian tensions?

Hello,

I know there are very strict rules against expediting. I was just wondering if there is a chance to get an expedite because of the Ukrainian-Russian tensions. I am worried that there will be delays in the Kyiv embassy due to this situation. God forbid an actual war and the safety of my fiancee.

expedite is for the USC having issues

there are problems in Sudan, Somalia,  Nigeria ,  south Africa, Ukraine,  etc

War,  threats of war ,   earthquakes ,  typhoon,  volcanoes 

many if trouble 

so  very many and its hard i know but every country must do its share to help those that can not help themselves

u are helping one person / that's more than some others do

but it can be expedited

Usually an expedite is if the USC needs assistance, for example if you were to be hospitalized (knock on wood!) as @JeanneAdilhas said, there are problems in many many countries…

you can try but don’t get hopes up

You can always make a request, but if that happens and thousands of others are in the same situation, the queue remains about the same.
