I have a question about my k1 application after my case was approved with USCIS on October 8, 2021, It went to the NVC and then I got an email from the NVC that my case went back to the USCIS on November 24, 2021 for review. Is that normal? and how long will it usually take to go back to the NVC?

No, that is not normal (what I highlighted).

It could be a paperwork issue internally with USCIS, or there might be some issue with the petition that USCIS missed in their review.  You might get an RFE.  If you have not heard or received anything from USCIS in 30 days I would contact them to determine the status of your petition.

Not “normal,” but I’ve seen it here in cases where USCIS made a clerical error…..forgot to stamp something or missed something.

I’m not 100% sure, they didn’t Tell me the reason why they just said to check back in 180 days if I didn’t hear back from them which is crazy that’s a long time.Tell me the reason why they just said to check back in 180 days if I didn’t hear back from them which is crazy that’s a long time.

Invoice 's are for spouse visa and we pay NVC

K1 pays for visa at embassy or thru bank in the country of the beneficiary

so,,  sounds like someone may have stamped this petition as a CR1 (clerical error)

and it has to be corrected by the USCIS office that did the work

K-1s still get an "invoice number" at NVC.  It doesn't relate to payments, but is used for tracking when batched to consulates.
