For K1 Packet filling, Is it okay to include in Proof of meeting within 2 years
my CFO certificate copy and Apostilled AOS from petitioner (Philippines requirements for non-essential travel overseas 2021)

Its  our second meeting halfway to other country (Armenia)

Is it really needed to submit 'Our love Story statement " ?
We're very private and find it uncomfortable to video chat friends and family .We only have one photo of him video chatting my mom, and one photo of Us together video chatting his parents, do you guys think this is enough ?

Thank you~

The requirement is proof of in-person meeting within 2 years prior to filing.  CFO certificate, apostilled affidavit of support, video chats -- all useless for the petition as none of those are evidence that you actually met in person.  As Adventine said, the best proof would be passport stamps, boarding passes, hotel receipts.

(That said, kudos to you for getting a CFO certificate this early.  If you receive the CFO sticker that you actually paid for, you won't need to get another one after you get a K1 visa.)

Not required.  Simply describe the circumstances of your in-person meeting -- 1 or 2 sentences (with what/when/where) will do.  As for the statement of intent to marry, also no need to include your love story.

CFO is required now by the PH Immigration  when travelling overseas even for the reason of taking vacation with a foreign partner. That's why I got the CFO.

Thanks for the response.

It may be the BI officer's discretion.  IIRC, @Adventine traveled earlier this year on a tourist visa to meet with her USC partner but was not required to present a CFO certificate.

In my case though, sponsored travel needs CFO. There are tons of Filipinos getting offloaded due to said 'BI's discretion' even if you can support yourself, a hint of meeting a lover overseas they will ask for CFO . If this interest you , you might want to take a look on fb group Love is not tourism.

Ah, it could be the sponsorship.  In my case, like Adventine, I was never asked for CFO certificate, or any other document aside from my flight docs and passport.  I actually had more trouble with CBP at US POE than I did with BI at PH exit, who never questioned my tourist travels.  This time though, I'll be traveling with my immigrant visa, so I'll definitely be asked for my CFO certificate.  Getting that was a pain.  It's good that you already got yours.

There is no "love story" requirement.

Only still photos are accepted, no videos.

USCIS won't know what a CFO certificate is. You don't need to include it.

Exactly.  This is a Philippines-only requirement, not a requirement for USCIS or DOS.
